The Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB) has received updated Development Plan and Development Application Summary documents for the Hebron Project from ExxonMobil Canada Properties (EMCP).

The Development Plan was updated to reflect revisions that were identified in letters dated August 4 and August 22, 2011 from EMCP in response to the C-NLOPB’s completeness review comments. EMCP has also updated the Development Application Summary documents to reflect revisions made to the Hebron Project Comprehensive Study Report.

These documents supersede the documents that were sent to the Board on April 15, 2011.

The public should note that these documents are only a collation of previously provided information and do not represent a re-submission of the Application.
