Production Accounting Guidelines - Updated
Today the C-NLOPB has issued the updated Guidelines Respecting Monthly Production Reporting for Producing Fields in the Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Area (September 2011).
The following administrative changes are included in these revised Guidelines:
- Reference to new Drilling and Production (D&P) Regulations in the Introduction.
- Included new Operator and Purchaser codes for Suncor Energy, Statoil Canada and Nalcor Energy.
- Updated submission requirements to include compact disk or email. Omitted 3.5” floppy diskette as a media type.
- Added both White Rose and North Amethyst Field codes.
- Updated Tanker names.
- Added Receipt Code 32 – fluid other than water transferred from a support vessel to a production platform.
- Reference to Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Area instead of just Newfoundland Offshore Area.
